Aus Chill Technical Services was established by the owner Aidan Barnett in 2013 and has been steadily growing since the commencement to encompass domestic and commercial HVAC-R maintenance and servicing as well as new projects for some of Perth’s top builders and developers. Employing 11 full-time staff as well as using a multitude of sub-contractors, we have grown to become one of the most reliable air conditioning and refrigeration service companies in the state.

We have also developed a solid reputation in the commercial building and construction sector providing design and construction services to new commercial and domestic developments. We are the Warranty agents for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Western Australia providing support and services across the state.

With our team of qualified and experienced Refrigeration Technicians, Pipe Installers and Duct Fitters we can carry out any refrigeration and air conditioning work you may require to a high standard. We have an inhouse building controls and energy management system division which works alongside our installation, service, and maintenance division to help reduce installation and future energy usage costs.

We have industry leading experience installing and commissioning commercial VRF/VRV systems along with developing and commissioning their associated control systems. Our commissioning manager has technically managed and commissioned the onsite D.D.C systems for over 280 recognized commercial projects throughout W.A which include key projects such as Woodside Pluto.
